 |
|
I've had an email apparently from UPS tracking saying that they could not deliver a package because of a problem with the shipping address, and I can't open the attached invoice. Could this be my recent order from the FU UK shop? _________________ "I'm not drunk, I'm just exhausted from staying up all night drinking" |

What you have been sent is a spam email with a dodgy trojan attached. If it was from UPS they would have left you a note through your door. Where would they have your email from? You need to run a trojan check also check the HTML of the email and check who really sent it to you via the header information. You'll find that it'll be an email address that doesn't match, eg; assdgta@compuserve.com
Will most normally be an @googlemail/gmail or hotmail account thats sent it to you so do an html "find" |

Yup what he said. Get about one of those every week, claiming that "Paypal is changing their payment system". _________________ Spouting bollocks to you, for you. (whilst shouting violently)

This is obviously the first time I've received it. Normally pretty canny about these things but it fooled me as I'm waiting for an order from the US and the FU UK shop. _________________ "I'm not drunk, I'm just exhausted from staying up all night drinking" |

This implies you tried to open the attached invoice. Now would be a very good time to scan your PC for viruses. _________________ I'd recognise that sound anywhere! That's the sound of a hundred heads deflating. |
