I think he's wearing tights. You can see a bit of a ladder where the dagger is sticking in his thigh.

I think the same thing, it might be the photo (as they do do funny things) but his lower torso/legs looks a little strange.
I know it's easy to stuff up your anatomy on crouching/bending figures.
On the other hand most people out there have something about their anatomy that stands out so this figure is probably spot on (if he does have anatomical problems (which he probably doesn't ))

That would be the lower half that got screwed up in the molding process and doesn't have any toes on the right foot.
Or so that blog that was linked previously said.
